How Do Skin Moles Form?

Do You Wonder How Neck Or Facial Moles Form And How To Get Rid Of Them? Well, You Can Read It Here…

Emma here, writer on the How To Remove A Mole At Home blog.

Hi there! Me, Emma again. If you’re also having neck or facial moles, you’ll probably agree with me that they aren’t good for anything. They are pretty much useless ugly things on our skin, which can make us feel quite insecure.

Luckily you’re not alone and that why a lot of people are wondering how skin moles form and how to prevent them, or if we have them how to get rid of them.

Well, I’ve posted this article to give you the answers…

I realized that, although I’ve been posting some articles about natural, neck and facial mole removal techniques on how to get rid of moles on necks and faces, I’ve not yet posted anything about how skin moles actually form. I was actually surprised that I didn’t think about writing an article about this sooner, because back when I got sick and tires from my neck and facial moles, one of the first things I entered into Google, Bing and Yahoo was “how do moles form“.

So, time to set this right and give you some insight into how skin moles form. This way you may understand a bit more of why your struggling with skin moles (maybe more than others who are not having an abundant of skin moles).

First, What Is A Skin Mole?

Before getting into how skin moles form, it maybe useful to know what a skin mole is exactly…

Skin moles are (usually small) light- to dark-brow spots on the skin and can either be flat (known as flat moles) or raised. Skin moles are a cluster of cells, which have started growing in a group rather than in themselves. Usually nothing to worry about though. Normally, these cell clusters consist of a type of cells called “melanocytes”. Melanocytes are the cells responsible for the production of melanin, which is the pigment (color) of your skin, hair and eyes. Hence, people with darker skin, have more melanoctyes, thus producing more melanin (pigment).

OK Then, How Do Neck And Facial Moles Form?

Unfortunately, the formation of extra melanocytes and the enhanced production of melanin (pigment) has not been fully understood yet…

However, luckily, some things are proven, giving a little more insight into the production of skin moles. All of the following factors are believed to trigger pigmentation:

  1. Vitamin D metabolites
  2. UV irradiation (sun light for example)
  3. Melanocyte-stimulating hormone (MSH) which fluctuates during hormaonal changes and is, for example produced more during pregnancy
  4. Forskolin (coleonol) which is produced by the Indian Coleus plant
  5. Cholera toxin which is produced by the bacterium Vibrio cholerae

These are just 5 examples, of which only 1-3 are probably relevant for most of us. Vitamin D metabolites and UV irradiation even have to do with each other because your skin cells need UV irradiation to produce vitamin D, a vitamin crucial for all sorts of processes. Heck, it has already been proven that more people are depressed with lower vitamin D levels, than those with the higher vitamin D levels.

The melanocyte-stimulating hormone is pretty much always present in your system, although it may fluctuate as most of the hormones in our system. So, taking these examples into account, you may notice that these factors can hardly be influenced.

In addition to this, genetics and age also play a BIG role in the tendency to produce pigment, and in turn skin moles.

How To Prevent The Formation Of Neck And Facial Moles?

Unfortunately, you can hardly do anything about the formation of neck and facial moles, except one thing.

Try to stay out of strong sun as much as possible.

This not only reduces the chances of neck and facial mole formation, but also the chances of developing cancerous skin moles, or “general” skin cancer. This is simply because your avoiding a lot of UV irradiation this way.

Now, don’t get me wrong. You shouldn’t crawl inside a cave or something, but you can get a long way simply avoiding strong sun, not going on a holiday just to bake in the sun all day, trying to tan your skin to get back 10 shades darker than you went from home…

This also counts back at home of course. If the sun is burning on your skin and you got the chance of walking in the shades, or if it’s not to hot for you to still wear long sleeves, just do it. Don’t care what other people think or say, just think about your own health.

How To Get Rid Of Moles On Your Neck Or Face

Since there is only so much you can about the formation of new neck or facial moles, it’s nice to have some mole removal techniques, at least that was where I was looking for once I started annoying myself about the neck and facial moles I had…

Now, I didn’t just want to go ahead and try every mole removal technique out there. Instead, I started looking for actual natural mole removal techniques on how to get rid of moles on my neck and face without scarring, and which I could do at home. I just did not want to try things such laser mole removalcutting of moles or burning of moles

However, I quickly found out that there are a lot of so called “safe” natural mole removal techniques to try at home… But there were a lot less safe and natural mole removal techniques that actually showed some results. This has probably to do with the fact that most natural mole removal techniques for at home take quite a while to see some results at all…

However, eventually I managed to find some actual safe techniques for getting a mole removed from your face or neck without risking a big scar (such as with the unsafe apple cider vinegar neck and facial mole removal technique).

Here are some of the natural mole removal techniques which you can try at your own home:

  1. Honey is a great natural mole removal technique, for which you simply have to apply some honey to the neck or facial mole on a regular basis.
  2. Alternatively, you can try the cauliflower mole removal technique which is also nothing more than just incubating the juices of crushed cauliflower on the neck or facial mole.
  3. Third is a mole removal technique involving garlic. Simply crushing fresh garlic and incubating it on the neck or facial mole using a bandage and refreshing it repeatedly.

Of course, if you want some additional safe and natural mole removal techniques you can try if your looking how to get rid of moles on your neck or face, you can always check some of my other posts

OK, so far for the natural mole removal techniques which you can find online…

If you’re really interested in getting a mole removed from your face or neck, I think you should consider something a little bit more professional.

No I don’t mean you have to visit a doctor for techniques such as laser mole removal, but more something like an actual in-depth, detailed, step-by-step guidebook about how to remove moles fast, at your own home and without scarring.

Or, at least where I turned to when I found out that a lot of the natural, neck and facial mole removal techniques that you can find online, take multiple days or weeks of perseverance in order to see some differences…

After I tried a couple of the natural mole removal techniques that I found online, I did see some results, but it usually took quite a while. Since I had multiple neck and facial moles of which I wanted to get rid of, I started looking for actual literature on the subject.

Luckily, I came across:

another picture of a reader on my blog about how to remove a skin mole at home

==> “THE book: Moles, Warts, & Skin Tags Removal

This, book literally changed everything for me. It made choosing the right type of mole removal technique for the specific type of skin mole very easy, even more so did it simplify the actual mole removal techniques themselves…

This is why I suggest you should read the book, simply because I’m convinced it can help you a great deal if you’re suffering from neck or facial moles and you would like to know a lot more about safe and natural mole removal techniques.

Actually, this also work for you if you’re suffering from skin moles on another place of your body, I’m just speaking for myself if I’m talking about neck, or facial moles because they where my biggest problem.

Now, don’t get me wrong.

I don’t expect you to just buy some book right away. I don’t blame you if you’re skeptic, I was also skeptic at first, but in that case you may want to read my review of the book first, or check for yourself what other have to say.

Nevertheless, I think it pays to do some research on mole removal techniques for at home, before you go ahead and try everything. It’s worth it already, only to avoid hurting yourself with an unsafe natural mole removal technique such as the previously mentioned apple cider vinegar technique…
