Well, I can tell you that you and I certainly aren’t the only ones having this feeling. A lot of people are think exactly the same thing and developed an interest in several mole removal techniques. Since most people with skin moles find the ones on their face and neck most embarrassing and annoying, neck and facial mole removal techniques are starting to get more popular these days, especially if they involve natural mole removal techniques, rather than techniques such as laser mole removal

Now, here’s the problem…

Not all mole removal techniques, including the natural one’s are techniques you can use for safe mole removal at home. Unfortunately, a lot of people don’t seem to know which home mole removal techniques are safe and sadly I was one of them…

OK, this isn’t very strange given that their are almost countless natural mole removal techniques available. How on earth would you know which one’s to use when you’re getting into this subject for the first time? In fact, for a lot of people it still isn’t clear which mole removal techniques are safe one’s that they can try their selves at home, even after doing research for a long time…

Unfortunately, I myself came across the same problem and decided not to try anymore so called “safe” natural mole removal techniques until I was absolutely convinced that I had a safe mole removal technique on my hands that I could try myself at home…

Now, since I don’t want you to fall for the same fake “safe” natural mole removal techniques, I’m gonna warn you for one of the most frequently tried natural techniques for facial mole removal or to get rid of moles on necks

In addition, I want you to know about some actual natural techniques which you can try for safe mole removal at home, so bear with me…

Apple Cider Vinegar Mole Removal Remedy Is NOT Safe As A Natural Mole Removal Technique: How To Remove A Mole At Home

Alright, so what’s got to be the most frequently tried natural mole removal technique is apple cider vinegar. If you’ve already done some research, you’ve probably already came across this method, if so I hope you haven’t tried it yet. If you are new to this subject and you don’t know apple cider vinegar as a natural mole removal technique yet, that’s for the better…

So, let’s talk about apple cider vinegar as a natural home mole removal technique…

If you are someone suffering from an abundant amount of skin moles, or you may even only have only one skin mole but at a prominent place such as on your face or neck, it may make you feel very uncomfortable and insecure. When people start having this feelings, they tend to try everything that crosses their path, just to overcome the uncomfortable and insecure feeling…

What happens is that a lot of people start searching for things like “facial mole removal”  or “how to get rid of moles on neck” and  they end up at all kind of different places claiming to have the solution. Apple cider vinegar being the one that most frequently pops up…

So what do you do? You start trying it? No please don’t.

Although I may also have mentioned it some of my other posts such as in Useful Tips And Tricks To Remove Skin Moles Fast At Your Own Home, I would always recommend to see a medical expert before trying to anything such as to use apple cider vinegar for “safe” mole removal. He/she will most likely be able to help you getting a mole removed from your face or neck in a safe manner.

However, I myself bumped into a huge roadblock, which was: costs. Getting a mole removed from your face, neck or anywhere really, turned out to be quite expensive. So that’s why I decided not to go for that route and take matters into my own hands…

I started doing some more in-depth research and looked for literature rather then simple claims. I bundled all the most useful and proven natural mole removal techniques and started trying them myself. I also decided that, if I found something really useful that I would try to help others with it as well, but more on that later…

Back to apple cider vinegar as a supposedly safe mole removal technique…

So? Is Apple Cider Vinegar Mole Removal Safe?

NO. Well, unfortunately there never is a clear answer that counts for everyone. However, I do know that apple cider vinegar can cause some serious scarring and other skin problems which is why I would advice you NOT to try it in any case. This is what Las Vegas Dermatologist F. Victor Rueckl, MD answers on the question Is It Safe to Remove Moles with Apple Cider Vinegar?

“Absolutely not. I have two patients who I am still treating 3 years later who removed moles this way. These were left with severe infections, and now have large scars. It is a horrible, horrible, horrible idea. Also, technically, if something is “removed” you have NO idea what it was–was it dangerous, cancerous, precancerous, etc. All moles are not created equal, and no person should harm themselves by doing home removals with apple cider vinegar.”

Well this seems pretty clear to me, but just to make things even clearer, Los Angeles Plastic Surgeon Raffy Karamanoukian, MD, FACS answers:

“Apple cider vinegar can cause hyperpigmentation and is thus not a good modality for treatment of moles.”

Hyperpigmentation stands for hyper- much/alot of pigmentation- pigment/dark spots. Although this isn’t by far as dangerous and serious as the infections and scars mentioned by Las Vegas Dermatologist F. Victor Rueckl, MD, it is exactly the problem that you are trying to overcome, EXACTLY what you are trying NOT to have.

Take in mind that these are only the answers of 2 medical experts, while there are probably hundreds, even thousands of medical experts who are thinking the same way about the safety of apple cider vinegar for the removal of skin moles. Heck, they may even have seen worse things than mentioned by Las Vegas Dermatologist F. Victor Rueckl, MD.

Alright, I’m Not Gonna Use Apple Cider Vinegar For Skin Moles, But What Else?

Fortunately, there are a lot of other natural mole removal techniques for getting a mole removed from your face or neck, other than apple cider vinegar…

If you’ve been to a medical expert and he/she told you it’s not a dangerous skin mole, so it doesn’t have to be removed using any of the common mole removal methods, you can always try some other methods which don’t include things such as: laser mole removal, burning off moles, freezing moles, cutting off moles with either medical equipment such as scalpels or lasers. Conveniently enough, the alternative methods to which I’m referring also won’t cost as much as $200,- per skin mole (or sometimes even more) like the common mole removal methods…

Instead, here are 5 actual safe and natural neck or facial mole removal techniques that I came across during my research and that you can try to get rid of facial or neck moles at your own home…

  1. Cauliflower mole removal
  2. Honey mole removal
  3. Coconut oil mole removal
  4. Flaxseed oil mole removal
  5. Caster oil mole removal

Pretty much all of the 5 natural mole removal techniques mentioned above are simply based on the incubation with it on the skin mole for several days or weeks, covering it with a bandage, refreshing it multiple time a day…

If you wan’t a bit more details about how to apply these natural mole removal techniques at home yourself, you may want to check out my natural mole removal technique explanations in my other posts.
